Friday night we went to Raffles Hotel for an Engine Start celebration. The engines on the rig were started up by the target deadline, so Transocean rented out part of a very nice hotel. We enjoyed drinks and all kinds of food. It was a great experience. There is such a diversity of people that Adam works with. At our dinner table there were Americans (us), a man from Australia and a man from England. It was so neat to hear their experiences with living in Singapore (and their cool accents!).
